Chaque ordre reçoit ses instructions , Noblesse, Clergé et Tiers Etat. 14 articles régissent ces élections a la suite des quelles LOUIS XVI a déjà prévu l'établissement des cahiers de Doléances !... Sans nul doute ne savait il pas à ce moment là ou l'aurait conduit ces élections ...
