After the disaster, I am trying very hard to restore my outstanding listings as more than 300 new listings have disappeared, other lots that were already completed (and in many cases despatched) have been relisted again by you and have to be closed sometimes with new bids meanwhile on these lots (thus explanation to the new bidder that the item is already sold). In other words there is a lot of time and effort required to make everything good again.
It is therefore very bad news that your website is again very slow or completely unaccessible from time to time: in this way I will be never able to restore my business properly. It is absolutely rubbish what is happening: all your previous stories about new servers being installed that would end the accessibility problems have proven to be fairytales.

Your constructive reaction would be welcome,
In reply to 3rosas.
You are quite right.
The website is again very slow or completely unaccessible.
Not only have we had to suffer the problems of all the data being lost,
with the results detailed by 3rosas and others, BUT the site is slower than ever. Those new servers have not helped at all. Were they even ever installed ?

Seb, please just tell us what is giong on.
Since the crash of Delcampe I saw so many posts but I do not see any useful thing from that.
Delcampe team doesnt response to our askings.
For example now I try to list some auctions for selling(I have lost about 350 auctions listed after 1.June) - for one hour I post only one auction.
That is a great insult for me. 1 auction = 1 hour - ridiculous!
Delcampe can let us know when the site will work properly and when we can use it.I agree the site to be taken down for upgrade. But we all require INFORMATION.And we do not receive any from Delcampe.

Dear Bgpostcards,
You can imagine that following the crash of the site, all delcampe employees have received 1000s of emails... Enough said to see why the forum is a lesser worry for them.
If was obvious that listing auctions immediately after the crash would be impossible. Many more people would want to access the site and take actions on their accounts...
I myself lost about 4000 auctions and immediately decided to replace them only after 10-14 days, if I saw the site was working properly again.
Delcampe gives "some" information (Link (http)) when it is possible and when it contributes something to any changes...
Everyone would like to have more information, more personal help and faster solutions, but we have to stay realistic as well...
Every user is frustrated, the delcampe team is frustrated, but the only thing we can do is wait at this point.

Hi Luke,
Wellcome, sorry it's in such dark period.
I would suggest that Seb's posts, about the technical problems should be translated & posted on the different corresponding forums.
It would help to have the news as quickly as on the french forum.
Great job by the way, the site is running smoothly today.
Steven

Hi Luke,
We've been talking about you several times on the Dutch forum and hope to welcome you there as well very soon, as our wish for support for the Flemish and Dutch will then will be "visibly" true.

For the rest all the best for the Delcampe team !

100% agreed.
I have noticed noticed that Seb gave information on the French forum (and only there) YESTERDAY on what was going to happen LAST NIGHT. I've also seen him participating in more than one discussion.
It is obvious to me that noone in the Delcampe team (unless proven different by you, Luke, as Seb claimed you speak Dutch too) has enough knowledge of the Dutch language to contribute in the Dutch forums. That this is causing frustration is obvious.
As for the news part, all newsflashes in "Dutch" of the month of May were in such horrendously Dutch (Babelfish?) that I actually needed to go and read the French newsflashes to be able to understand the Dutch ones. (The news flash of today is also worth a 3 or 4 on a scale of 10)
If you need a translator from French to Dutch, I'm here. (but not for free )
