Hi Everybody !

Don't you feel that it is extremely frustrating to check countries one by one for the coins you might be interested in and finally ... find only banknotes (or vice versa for people interested in banknotes only) !

On E-bay Coins and banknotes are separated and so we don't loose time checking categories and just find something that we are not looking for ...

Another idea : E-Bay placed a "Euro Coins" section ... a great idea ! Why doesn't our webmaster do the same ?

Another point : there are countries listed that have NO coins ... and other existing countries that have coins but are NOT listed ! It seems that our lovely webmaster used an old atlas to list countries and didn't bother to check what is existing with coins and what is not :-((

Maybe can we help ?

Another point : we tried to modify an auction but it appears that it has kept the old version we wanted to modify ... AND also that when we decided to cancel the first version ... it is still visible on the website !! (only the mention "enchere cloturee" is appearing) ... why ?

Of course we are just brand new on this system ... but in order to leave E-Bay for "delcampe" ... we should find full satisfaction ... AND many bidders ...

A "plus" is that you are not limited to 3-7 or 10 days !

A "minus" is that all auctions seem to be only in "Euro" :-(
Another "minus" : can't we have a "Direct Purchase" (Achat immédiat) as on E-bay ?

Thanks in advance for your time & efforts !
We are pointing things out ... but it is to help you to offer us a better service in the Future !

Hello,

Each time a category is well filled, we split it into subcategories (including banknotes). You can see it in France or Belgium for the moment. There will be soon other splitting to help our buyers to find what they seek.

>Another idea : E-Bay placed a "Euro Coins" section ... a great idea !
>Why doesn´t our webmaster do the same ?

It is done for France and Belgium and will certainly soon also be done for other countries of Euro Zone

>Another point : there are countries listed that have NO coins ...

You're right. Your advice would be welcome off course. I am philatelist and collect some belgian coins. Such information is hard to find. If you can provide it, I will correct the categories.

>Another point : we tried to modify an auction but it appears that it has

Because all auctions since the beginning of the site are always available. So you can retrieve them later. They do not appear anymore in the listings (except if asked by the visitor). You can see at the top of our listings that the visitors can precisely have the list he/she wants.

>Of course we are just brand new on this system ... but in order to

You are very numerous to come from ebay actually (because of the new system "pay to sell"). There are numerous bidders already here. Many others will come thanks to emails sent by new sellers to their previous buyers. You will see that it will work very nice.

>A "plus" is that you are not limited to 3-7 or 10 days !

Yes, member can choose. I dit not find any reason to prevent it.

>A "minus" is that all auctions seem to be only in "Euro" :-(

Yes, but when you do a "login" (see on the right of the main page), all amount on the site are immediately converted to your own money. Try it... you will certainly find it useful (it works the same way with the time; adapted to your timezone after login)

>Another "minus" : can´t we have a "Direct Purchase"
>(Achat immédiat) as on E-bay ?

This option is being prepared. We have now to launch our last werbsite called "all collections" (before marche 7th - you know why) and then we continue developing such tools.

Yes, this help. Thank you for your comments.

Dear Mr Delcampe,

Thanks a lot for your prompt and detailed reaction ! Well ... this is for sure another plus comparing to the "funny e-bay" ... to contact them means to become MAD first ! ;-))

We, as professional dealers, have started a new country called "Euro-Zone" ... just to make it simple for all users collecting only this type of coins. We strongly advise you to do the same so that collectors don't need to check under the 16 (yes 16 and not 12 or 15 ! ... although at this moment only 15 are issuing ...) countries.

Regarding the "missing" or countries "in excess" ... well, we'll contact you directly on your e-mail box ... this coming week. The easiest will be to give you a whole list of issuing countries so that you can check what should be "corrected".

Keep on going such a great "job" !
