Sometimes there are a situation when part of my auctions are closing without any reason. But even worse is the obstacle that there are no any e-mail about closing. So I dont know if they are closed, because they are still listed in ongoing auctions list. Only when I open them I see that I must restart them.
All of them are listed by principle 999x7 days and Delcampe never responded to my e-mails when I asked why they are closed. May be someone knows the reason and how to avoid of this?
I think that Delcampe should fix this problem and improve it.

Hi,
I have noticed this also. But I think I know what is going on.
When you see an item in this state of "flux" it simply means your are on the day of renewal for that listing.
if an item renews every seven days, then it goes thru this cycle at each renewal. When the site is not busy these renewals occur very fast.
At other times you get the problem you mention.
I find that if you wait a bit the auctions all relist properly.
To reduce this cycle time of renewal switch to 30x999 renewal cycles. That way the problem occurs with less regularity.

Bonjour,
It is possible that a moderator closed your sales because of a bad classification. You should check that in first.
Example, currently, a French part of 20F classified in the heading 5F.
This remark also applies to the sales of postcards, philately etc

bonjour theo,
if this is the case, then a notification would have been sent by delcampe. however, if you read the previous text, no notifications were given when the auctions were closed. this is the explanation the members are asking about. un bon weekend au vous.
